The app forces you to complete a variety of workouts with intense, sweat-inducing moves that will make you sweat for 7 minutes with little to no rest. If you exercise according to the letters and push yourself as hard as you can, you will burn calories quickly.

This workout app for Android provides both written and visual instructions on how to perform each exercise correctly. It is very usable and has a simple and intuitive interface.

In the 7-minute workout, you can do jumping jacks, sit-ups, push-ups, and more. And most of them just need your body, while others just need a chair that can support your weight.
You can also adjust the difficulty level by adjusting the intensity level if it feels too easy. The concept behind exercise is called interval training. That is, a term for short, intense periods of exercise divided by short rest periods.
