The left thumb holds the joystick and the right holds all the interactive buttons. You can use these buttons to draw and fire weapons, use other equipment like axes, and collect things.

During the day, you rarely encounter infected people, but you still have to deal with wildlife, weather, and starvation, not to mention other players in the PVP zone. In short, LifeAfter zombie survival game has a lot to do. But make sure you build a decent hiding place and have the right weapons.
